More than 500 people in B.C. got a second chance in 2018 thanks to the gift of organ donation, setting a new record for the total number of transplants in a calendar year.

Langley resident, Jillian St. James, is one of the 77 people last year that underwent a liver transplant. With another chance at life, her goal is to keep spreading organ donation awareness.

We spoke about her personal connection to organ donation, her battle with health, and the importance of organ donor registration.
